Today I am joined by Michele Venton, Fe Soutter and Matt Phipps to discuss the ups and downs of this Q4 and what people can takeaway and learn from their massive experience.

At the top table, we have...

Michele Venton

Brand owner and top performing Amazon entrepreneur.

Having started her e-commerce journey in 2015, Michele built a 7 figure brand that sold predominantly on Amazon marketplaces and exited this business in October 2019 for a 7 figure sum. Highly skilled in scaling, brand building and product development and she is now building her second brand.

Recent 2019 finalist in the Natwest EveryWoman Awards and speaker at International e-commerce and Amazon events.

Fe Soutter

After leaving a teaching career in 2008, Fiona Soutter saw the opportunities in running an online business. The mother of three was drawn to the idea of being a ‘digital nomad – she wanted the flexibility of working anywhere, anytime. However, a car accident in 2014 derailed Fiona’s progress and she had to fight through years of chronic pain, and all that came with it, to re-establish herself. In 2020, Fiona launched her e-commerce business quickly grow it to a 7-figure turnover.

Matt Phipps

Matt was a British Royal Air Force Intelligence Officer, looking for his next move at the end of a 21-year military career. After coming across Amazon on a Podcast, he decided that the Amazon FBA war zone would be a better place to spend the next part of his career. This year Matt and his partner Kata had a massive exit, taking life changing money off the table. As ever, the entrepreneur, he already had a brand in the works ready to compete in this Q4.
